Relevant leaders from the Guangdong Provincial Information Industry Department, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Science and Technology Department, the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, the Provincial Finance Department, and the local city information industry authorities attended the meeting.
In recent years, the optoelectronics industry represented by LED has achieved rapid development, but the shortcomings are also obvious. The main manifestations are as follows: First, the overall distribution is scattered, the cluster effect is not obvious; Second, the industry scale is still relatively Small, lack of leading enterprises; third, the level of technology is not high. In order to change this situation, it is necessary to unite LED companies in the region. To this end, the Guangdong Provincial Information Industry Department has guided the establishment of LED industry alliances within and outside the province to change the situation of LED enterprises in Guangdong Province, and work together to build Guangdong into a large LED industry.
The conference elected Li Xuliang, chairman of Qinshang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., as the first chairman of the Guangdong LED Industry Alliance.
