3, cermet wear: using recrystallized silicon carbide cermet protection tube, high temperature up to 1300 ° C, built-in K index or S index armored core, specifically for cement kiln tail, circulating fluidized bed and other high temperature resistant Temperature measurement of grinding conditions.

4. Ion-injection tungsten carbide: Injecting tungsten carbide particles on the surface of the casing by ion infiltration technique using stainless steel as the matrix. With high hardness, high strength, high toughness, especially wear-resistant, wear-resistant layer thickness of 0.5 ~ 1.5mm, external hard and tough, minimum diameter can be φ8, surface quality is good, the use temperature is 0 ~ 800 °C. The service life in the coal mill of the power plant is more than 2 years.
