Among them, Geely Bo Yue’s sales in January exceeded 20,000 units again, reaching 20,147 units. Geely's new Emgrand sold 26,314 units, and the Emgrand GS sold 10,333 units in the first month. The prospective SUV sales reached 10,226 units in the first month, and the prospective car sales volume reached 14,716 units. Emgrand GL sold 10,208 units. In the mid-to-high class car, Borui achieved sales of 4,042 units in January.
Geely's current SUV product matrix has not yet involved a small SUV model, and it is necessary to introduce a new model to perfect the gap in this market segment. Lin Jie, vice president of Geely Holding Group and general manager of sales company, said that Geely will launch three small SUVs. The first model (code V01) is expected to be launched in the first quarter of this year.
