It is reported that the province's energy-saving renovation of public buildings, mainly to transform air-conditioning, hot water, lighting and other energy systems and building exterior windows; urban public lighting key to transform light source, lampshade and control system, accelerate the promotion and application of LED lighting products, eliminate incandescent lamps High-pressure mercury lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps whose energy efficiency does not meet national standards. Among them, shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels, universities, hospitals and office buildings using central air-conditioning systems will take the lead in launching the renovation project this year. By 2020, the province will complete a total of 5 million square meters of energy-saving renovation of public buildings and 100,000 square meters of urban public lighting energy-saving renovation.
Our province encourages relevant units to use competitive negotiation and procurement methods to determine the energy-saving service companies, and guide the support of large state-owned enterprises, high-quality enterprises or listed companies in the province to carry out contract energy management business. The provincial government requires all municipal, county (district) governments to jointly introduce public housing energy-saving renovation subsidy policies in conjunction with local conditions. The provincial finance will grant subsidies to provincial government agencies, provincial hospitals, and provincial-level public buildings for energy conservation projects. The subsidy standard is: for large public buildings with an energy saving rate of not less than 20%, the energy saving rate is not lower than 15% of other public buildings give a subsidy of 20 yuan / square meter.
