First of all, talk about personal understanding of this social network, social business: I think, now we often say that the social network is actually referring to online social networking, the two can not be confused. Social networking is about people's business. Internet social networking is about tools. In the past we all had circles of interpersonal relationships. Like all of us now, this is a person’s social network. Due to the rapid development of information technology, the Internet has allowed us to expand social circles, break through geographical boundaries, and use the Internet to achieve cross-regional human-person interaction. Everybody uses Facebook, everyone, etc., all of which are social networking tools that extend the social network between people.

As for social commerce, I personally understand that it is the use of online social tools to expand business behavior. This is what the company means. Xin'ao is doing these things not because they look very beautiful, or because everyone is talking about this topic, but is thinking about being a new technology. We need to use it to communicate. This is our starting point. From a personal point of view, the purpose of my use of it is first and foremost to solve the problem of communication and collaboration within the group. This is actually a work collaboration based on social networking. It is still a bit far from social business and needs to be clarified with everyone.

Xin'ao Group is an industry group focused on clean energy services. Founded in 1989, it currently employs more than 32,000 employees and has a total asset of more than 40 billion yuan. We mainly have several major industrial sectors: energy distribution, distribution of natural gas, which is our largest main business; the other is smart energy. Just now everyone has seen my other role, is the vice president of smart energy, and IBM is referring to Smarter. Planet, we are talking about Intelligent Energy, that is, how to use information technology to make energy applications smarter, more energy-efficient and cleaner? So I also do some work in this industry group. The other is the solar energy business. We have solar energy production lines and also produce solar panels, but mainly do integrated business. There is also energy and chemical business, which is mainly based on the clean use of coal. The other piece is cultural tourism, which mainly includes real estate, cultural undertakings, tourism, etc. This is the overall industry situation of the entire Xinao Group. In the past few years, the development of the entire group has been relatively rapid. What follows is how informatization responds to such rapid development and meets business needs.

This is Xinao's overall application architecture. The main business operation system is based on SAP and Kingdee EAS. We started our SAP system in 2006. IBM provided consulting and project implementation services. From 2006 to 2009, we implemented a large-scale SAP system and covered major companies in the gas business. After the year of 2009, it depended on the business team of the sharing center to make its own implementation of SAP. The other is Kingdee’s EAS system, which focuses on finance and radiates part of the business. The above other tasks are also based on the SAP system and assist in some self-development. Our business intelligence uses SAP's BW and BO, and now we are also considering HANA. Portals and social networking mainly use IBM's Web Sphere and Connections products. This is a general overview.

Below I focus on the development of our work collaboration. In the past we have also been trying to do these things. From the point of view, in 2004 we based on Microsoft's products, to do KOA system, is the OA of knowledge or wisdom, referred to as KOA for short, this platform has played a greater role in the past, The display of all the information, and some of the internal sharing, are done above, including knowledge management. From 2007, we began to implement SAP on a large scale, and we also made adjustments to the process. Later, we discovered that process collaboration and knowledge management are critical, so we did process control, knowledge management, and enterprise search. Knowledge management is based on Documentum's products. It manages electronic documents in a unified way and has good access control. Then Atonomy built a unified search. When people need information, they can find the information they want.

Since 2012, we have considered that the original method was based on publishing and searching. It has certain limitations. How to make everyone more active in participating in the business of the company and change from passive to active is a very real issue. This needs to consider more tools and methods. With the development of enterprises, the new generation of employees now rely on the Internet for their growth environment. They are more willing to accept different forms of communication and are more willing to fully express themselves. Xinao is now in a semi-monopolistic industry. However, with the development of business, we must change the market-oriented mechanism. How do we support internal changes?

Including the current international business is also developing, we have solar energy in Europe, in the United States, Canada, LNG business is carried out. These overseas employees, especially those who do not speak Chinese, how we communicate and coordinate with them is a more critical issue, including support for the role. In the past, our collaborative work methods only used e-mail, notification on the portal, and telephone calls. Can we turn this information into a stronger collaboration? What should be done when the traditional personal platform handles personal work and the departments cooperate? Cross-organizational, project-based collaboration and what should I do? Xin'ao's current staff size is not small. When we hope to work through the cross-organizational collaboration model, how can we better collaborate and work? In the company context, when you need help from others, how do you find the resources and people you need? These need appropriate tools to support them.

When we build a new portal and social platform, we hope to consider these aspects: first is integration. Just now, in the past, these functions were still available, but they were a bit scattered and required employees and users to find out for themselves. When building a new social networking platform for users, we need to integrate these things well and let everyone focus. The current situation is not the amount of information, but too much information, so many people will lose focus and forget what they should see. We will integrate necessary things together. These must be taken care of. Others can choose their own.

Followed by polymerization, integration is the system, polymerization is human. We hope that through the construction of such a social platform, the employees will be truly brought together. Because the scale of the company is growing, all companies are discussing the theme of cultural development. What are the ways of cultural construction? Is it a space for everyone to have more speeches, exchanges, and self-expression? We hope that through the establishment of such a social platform, people will be brought together; people with similar interests, talents and interests will be grouped together. It can either be a goal of work or not be a goal of work. At the aggregate level, this is what we hope to achieve.

There is also movement. In fact, everyone talked about this topic in the morning. Personally, I think it is a very important direction in the future. I am more conservative with these new things, but I must change myself. The original use of old-fashioned button phones, used to do not want to change. Later everyone changed and I changed. To support them, I must first have my own experience. Now that mobility is very common, we must consider in the enterprise how to accept this reality and use it instead of shielding it. In order to syndicate people, we help everyone to establish some communities. The BBSs in the past are similar in form. The key is how to make everyone have a better experience and integrate what users need. From the perspective of mobility, it is necessary to be able to push these things out, but also to ensure security, because there are too many types of mobile terminals, it is easy to produce some problems. What if I lose it? Some information is sent to the e-mail and can be accessed on the terminal. The focus is on the security of the information.

In terms of portals, the structure is focused on the administrative structure and the structure from the top down. As an industry group, business must follow this format and scale, and show related news, notices, and related matters in accordance with uniform norms and requirements, so that everyone can know where to look and see. Of course, this also has different dimensions. One is from the business dimension, and the other is from the personal dimension: as long as you enter the personal portal, you will get relevant things to you. The details are not mentioned.

It can represent Our (us) and One (one). It means we are a company, not a bunch of small companies. In the specific practice, we will first help you build some related communities, and you can also build new ones yourself. The overall social network promotion idea is through trial to promotion.

On the portal, we can ask for it, but for social networking, if forced to do so, it will end up in form. We have had similar lessons before. In the past, let everyone write a blog. As a result, everyone copied a little from the east and copying from the west did not have any practical significance. During the construction process, we have a strong driving force, especially in the area of ​​clean energy. We have a lot of doctors who return from overseas. We are more accepting of the use in this area. We hope that some people will drive more people and then let the whole group People use it.

Everyone can see here, from training and guidance to selecting active groups, and gradually promote them. So far, the application of statistical data is also relatively, we have increasingly accepted this approach. There is also a real problem. Our original intention is to make it a platform for leaders to interact, communicate, and understand with employees, and then extend to work management and interest platforms. At present, we use it to do some things, including project collaboration, task tracking, professional collaboration, knowledge sharing, etc., as well as mobile task leadership dynamics, mobile approval, mobile social work. In terms of project collaboration, the project is centered around an information system. There are nearly 20 project collaborations at the same time. The status of these projects can be obtained through special project management and weekly reports, or through project collaboration communities. In terms of project collaboration and culture, we will proactively make some sharing. This is not required by the project, but it is project staff who actively sort out it and have great value.

Project Collaboration and Task Tracking In the past, we have always had such a demand. Because there are many industries and departments, we arrange special people to organize and fill in with Excel, but we won't know if we change another person next week. Using activities in the community, these things are concentrated in one place, and it is clear to those who have permission.

Another piece is knowledge sharing. There are various forms. We also have different places to do. For example, document sharing was common in file servers, KOA, and Documentum systems. How well these things are strung together is what we consider. Now we will put some common things here and push some documents that need long-term retention to Documentum, because its rights management and control will be better, and it will be better connected with search engines. In terms of mobile applications, Xinao’s requirements are relatively high and relatively small. When I come to a meeting today, I must have on my calendar. The boss can see every day what these people he cares about are doing, and how these things relate to your performance responsibilities. All of our leaders have deployed the system to mobile phones. There is no reason why you should forget that you do not fill in. This is the management of the above requirements, but also part of our work management. At the application level, we also push the approval of the work to the mail through the method of mail approval. If the leader responds with consent or disagreement, it can handle important matters. Social network content, we also pushed to the client. In addition, we also deployed applications on mobile terminals for many on-site services. Field service personnel can eliminate the need for manual copying and then input.

In summary, Xinao made some attempts in social networking and internal collaboration. The social network uses IBM's products. Solving some problems currently encountered through these products requires a long-term process. At present, the main starting point is not the interface and technology, but the function.
