(6) The above information is complete and meets the relevant requirements. The Municipal Tendering Office issues the “Proposal Form for Bidding and Bidding for Construction Projects of Foreign Tendering Agencyâ€.
(2) If the local bidding agency handles the bidding matters, it shall directly go through the project filing.
3. Information to be submitted for project filing.
(1) "Application Form for Bidding Agency Recording of Engineering Construction Projects" (Schedule 3);
(2) The information listed in Article 2(1), (2), (4) and (5) of Article 2(1);
(3) Relevant materials for the project construction project, including construction project planning permit, clearing certificate (construction unit, construction unit), etc.
(4) The foreign bidding agency only needs to provide the information listed in the bidding and filing form for the construction project of the foreign bidding agency and the information listed in the (3).
4. The person in charge of the bidding agency project shall not be freely replaced during the process of handling the agency business. The agent project team members must all arrive at the bid opening meeting when they open the bid.
5. The relevant handling procedures for the handling of the bidding agency must be the registered personnel of the unit, and must provide the legal power of attorney (attachment 5), contact telephone number, and provide the labor contract, identity card, qualification certificate, personnel file agency. 8. This system is inconsistent with the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Bidding Agents for Rizhao City Engineering Construction Projects and is implemented in accordance with this system.
