Fairchild Launches Configurable Advanced Ultra-Low-Power Logic Solution

Designers in the mobile and portable field face two challenges. One is to reduce the number of ordered components for a particular design in order to simplify supply management and the other is to reduce the operating voltage range of the logic gate. To meet these needs, Fairchild Semiconductor (FaIRchild SemicONductor) has developed a versatile and versatile configurable 74AUP series of TinyLogic devices.

This family of devices consists of configurable logic gates that allow a single dual-input device to implement multiple logic functions. The 74AUP family can implement up to nine different logic functions: AND, NAND, OR, OR, XOR, XOR, MUX, INVERTER and BUFFER. This family of devices includes the 74AUP1G57, 74AUP1G58, 74AUP1G97, 74AUP1G98 dual-input, low-power general purpose configurable logic gates and the 74AUP1T97 with single-supply level shifting features, each with nine different configurable logic functions. 74AUP series uses ultra-compact MicroPak? Package and smaller MicroPak2? Packaging provides designers with the flexibility they need without compromising performance.
