Recently, the research group of Professor Masahiro Miyoshi of the Institute of Photoelectric Magnetic Field Applications of Kanazawa Institute of Technology in Japan has produced a OLED element using green luminescent phosphorescent materials with a luminous efficiency of 210 lm/W. This is achieved by making the light extraction efficiency (the light extraction efficiency is calculated by assuming that the internal quantum efficiency of the phosphorescent material is 100%, which is the same as the value of the external quantum efficiency), which is more than twice the original and increased to 56.9%.
Efficient green light-emitting OLED device prototyped by Sanshang Mingyi Research Group
The Sanshang Mingyi research team found a way to achieve high light extraction efficiency by calculating the light motion in OLED components in detail. The movement of light in a "thick film layer" having a film thickness of several hundred μm to 1 mm, such as an ultra-thin semiconductor layer having a thickness of several hundred nm or less and an insulating layer of an OLED element, was analyzed in terms of wavelength and polarized light. The analysis found that 50%-70% of the light energy of the original OLED element was not output from the semiconductor layer, but was wasted in the form of heat. On this basis, the Sanshang Mingyi research team increased the refractive index of the thick film layer to 2, and then calculated the light motion again, confirming that 2/3 of the light energy was transferred to the thick film layer. However, this only directly changes the layer of light accumulation, does not help achieve high light extraction efficiency, and the proportion of light output to the outside of the component is still relatively low.
The Sansei Mingyi research group formed a lens array structure of 0.3 mm pitch on the surface of the thick film layer having a thickness of 0.7 mm and a refractive index of 2.03, thereby efficiently extracting light collected in the thick film layer to the outside of the element. In the actual trial production of OLED components, and testing thereof, it was found that 56.9% of the high light extraction efficiency was obtained.
Sanshang Mingyi said that the theoretical light extraction efficiency of this component is 75-80%. The room for improvement in lens arrays is also large. The research team's goal is to "achieve a loss-free light source". In addition to this thick film layer and lens array, if combined with Sony's "microcavity structure" and other technologies, it is expected to be close to this goal.

Today let`s talk about touch screen laptop. Sometimes people take Yoga Laptop or 2 In 1 Laptop or 360 Laptop as foldable touch screen laptop. Cause the later ones usually with touch screen function. The difference is that touch screen laptop specials can`t be flipped up to 360 degree, usually 180 degree. Do you think which kind of person love 2 in 1 touch screen laptop more? Business people is the right answer, cause they care more performance, touch screen function, 180 rotating, which are the very important points for businessman, especially teaching in person, do presentation, etc.
Do you think what other business laptop businessman love also except touch screen laptop under 20000? 14 inch 11th Laptop and 15.6inch 11th or 10th Laptop should be the top levels.
