Recently, Hongli Optoelectronics announced that the high-efficiency COB package series launched at the International Lighting Exhibition in June this year will be officially mass-produced and supplied to all major lighting markets, including LM/LT (Hongxi) series of highly reflective COB and LB (Hongxing). The series of strip COB, as well as ceramic COB light source, currently covers more than 80% of the market's COB light source specifications.
Hongli Optoelectronics pointed out that the LM/LT series is a highly reflective COB light source with four major advantages: 1. High light efficiency, high index, light efficiency from 80-130lm/W (color rendering index ≥ 80); 2. Excellent thermal conductivity, among which LM series thermal conductivity is better than ceramic COB light source; 3. The light source size is versatile, customers can choose flexibly according to the design structure of the luminaire; 4. Higher cost performance advantage, LT series cost performance is higher than traditional Injection molded copper substrate COB light source, effectively reducing the manufacturing cost of the lamp. The color temperature of the LM/LT series COB is 2700K/3000K/6000K. The LM series is suitable for indoor lighting such as bulb/downlight/spotlight/candle light. The LT series is suitable for wide-area illumination (high power) such as floodlights.
Hongli Optoelectronics LB (Hongxing) series, is a strip COB light source. Among them, LB021 is the first MLCOC package structure product with 11 patents and a luminous efficiency of 135-145lm/W, which will soon become one of the main packaging forms of fluorescent tube light source in the future.
