4. Bidders have not experienced commercial disputes arising from the quality of semiconductor lighting (LED) products; in the past two years, there has been no legal litigation involving the production and supply of semiconductor lighting (LED) products.
5. The bidder's credit and financial status are good.
6. Bidders must have strong marketing and perfect after-sales service systems and capabilities.
7. The products submitted by the bidder must meet the requirements of the “Technical Requirements for Semiconductor Lighting Products (2010 Edition)†issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, and pass the national energy-saving product certification and the national compulsory product certification (LED downlight) or the national voluntary product certification ( Reflective self-ballasted LED lights).
