In the traditional impression, air conditioners are generally used for summer cooling, and the heating performance is often not valued. Therefore, in the old version of the frequency conversion energy efficiency standards, the single- and cold- and warm-heat air conditioners have the same energy efficiency evaluation index. In the newly revised standard, a new APF index was introduced. For the limited value of the energy efficiency of the speed-controllable room air conditioner, the annual energy consumption efficiency under the conditions of the specified working conditions, air-conditioning cooling and heating operation (APF) shall be examined. ) The minimum allowable value.

According to Cheng Jianhong, the use of air-conditioning heat pump heating is a more energy-efficient way than traditional radiators and electric oil radiator heaters, and the energy-saving effect is three or four times higher, so the new standard for air-conditioning cooling, The simultaneous assessment of heating performance shows that air-conditioners use performance throughout the year in response to the operating efficiency of air-conditioners in cooling and heating conditions throughout the year.
