On November 8th last year, Xinhua Semiconductor, a subsidiary of GCL, officially released electronic grade polysilicon products.
At present, the electronic-grade polysilicon has passed customer validation and formed a large-scale sales, breaking the monopoly of foreign high-purity materials for a long time, and filling the industry's domestic technology gap. Xinhua Semiconductor's first production line has a capacity of 5,000 tons, which guarantees that domestic companies will not be out of stock of electronic grade polysilicon within 3 to 5 years. The quality of products meets the requirements for 40-nm and below 12-inch single crystal manufacturing for very large scale integrated circuits. At the same time, another 5,000-ton production line will be planned to better meet the international and domestic markets.
