(1) Select the vibrator. The road is selected according to the following requirements.

1 The vibrator operating frequency is greater than the frequency of the signal being measured.

2 The current of the dynamic strain gauge output must not exceed the maximum allowable current of the vibrator.

3 The maximum amplitude value of the measured signal conductor must be less than the maximum linear amplitude value of the vibrator.

4 The strain gauge output impedance should match the vibration to the impedance to achieve the best output.

Once the vibrator is selected, it can be inserted into the oscilloscope.

(2) Wiring check. All switches should be open and check that the connecting wires are correct.

(3) Turn on the power. When the motor rotates, the power indicator light is on, and the voltage indication should be around 5v. Otherwise, adjust the power switch to a suitable position between 200 and 240V, and then let the oscilloscope warm up for 30 minutes.

(4) Press the illuminating button to ignite the high-pressure mercury lamp for about 5 minutes, then open the spot grid and the grid line grating. Observe the small spots formed by the observation screen. If there is no light point, use the special tool to rotate the vibrator and Adjust the elevation angle so that the light spot falls on the viewing screen.

(5) Check whether the dynamic resistance strain gauge resistance and capacitance balance are adjusted, and adjust the external critical resistance of the oscilloscope to the appropriate position.

(6) According to the primary and secondary frequency, the size and direction of the signal to be measured, the position of the light spot is reasonably arranged. After the position of the signal spot is determined, the vibration will be tightened to fix the position of the spot.

(7) Initially estimate the amplitude of the measured signal of each line, adjust the attenuation switch or sensitivity position of the strain gauge, so that the recorded signal does not exceed the recording range.

(8) Select the appropriate paper feed speed and time scale according to the frequency and speed of change of the signal to be measured. The higher the signal frequency, the faster the speed. The oscilloscope sometimes has a label and a paper speed linkage device. When the paper speed is selected, it automatically corresponds to a certain time scale.

(9) Record the calibration strain value.

(10) Press and lock the “motor button”. Turn the motor to rotate, turn the “shooting fixed length knob” to the position of the desired recording length, press the “shoot button” and lock it to record the waveform. Automatic stop shooting to fixed length.

(11) After the shooting is completed, the recording paper can be torn off and exposed for 5-50 s in a fluorescent lamp or a general indoor light factory to display the recorded waveform. Subsequently, the black paper is wrapped and stored. And restore the oscilloscope switches to the original stop position.
