introduction

In recent years, with the increase in the demand for agricultural products in China, the improvement of agricultural automation level, and the increase in a large number of agricultural machinery, electrical lighting and temperature control equipment, agricultural power consumption has increased year by year, and production costs have been continuously improved. With the rapid development of electronic technology, switching power supply has been used as an ideal power source. It uses power converters for power conversion, which can reduce power consumption under the premise of meeting various agricultural powers. Its high efficiency and energy saving can bring huge agricultural economic benefits. However, the current agricultural switching power supply, although small in size and high in efficiency, has a large ripple of the output voltage, and it is difficult to ensure high output voltage stability, which often affects the continuous production of agricultural machinery and electrical equipment, but increases energy consumption. . To this end, this paper proposes a new design of switching regulator power supply with overload protection, which can provide stable power supply for agricultural large-scale machinery and agricultural lighting equipment circuits, and has a broad application and development prospects.
