This is an experimental product that simulates a real candle, lit up with fire and blown out with a mouth. When you light up, play the “Happy Birthday to you†song at the same time. When it blows out, the song stops playing. It can add a festive atmosphere to your birthday.
How it works: As shown above. Using the thermistor Rt and the miniature MIC (electret microphone) as the wick (to achieve the ignition of the mouth to blow out), several LEDs surround the wick, which is the candlelight when lit. Its working principle is briefly described as follows:
1. Use fire to illuminate Q3 Q4 to form a bistable trigger circuit. When the heater is used to heat the thermistor Rt, its resistance value decreases rapidly, and the Q4 collector voltage decreases. Q3 base voltage decreases. Q3 collector Voltage rise--Q4 base voltage also rises--Q4 collector voltage further reduces the circuit flipping, Q3 cuts off, Q4 saturates, Q4 collector output low level makes Q5 saturate conduction, LED gets electric light, and music The IC also has to start playing the "Happy Birthday to You" piece of music;
2. Blow out with the mouth When the mouth blows against the MIC, the electric signal induced by the MIC is amplified by Q1 Q2, rectified by the diode D1 into a positive pulse and applied to the base of Q3, and the voltage of the base of Q3 rises - Q3 set Electrode voltage is reduced - Q4 base voltage is also reduced - Q4 collector voltage is increased - Q4 base voltage is further increased, bistable circuit is flipped again, Q3 is saturated, Q4 is cut off, Q4 collector output is high When Q5 is turned off, the LED is turned off, and the music IC is also powered off to stop playing music.
Hands-on practice: Plug in the components as shown above. The components used in this circuit are slightly more than the previous circuit. Therefore, after the connection is completed, check carefully. After confirming the error, connect the power supply and use the lighter to grill Rt. The LED should be able to light up and the music IC starts working. The speaker has music broadcast, then the mouth is right. MIC blowing, LED and music IC can be powered off.
Precautions:
1. The thermistor Rt cannot be directly grilled, and the wire should be wound on it.
2. There is no "Happy Birthday to You" music IC in the electronic experiment kit.
3. Music IC connection, the power supply end and the trigger end are connected to the Q5 collector.
